British folk vocal group Broomdasher announces the release of their fourth album, Rovin’ and Rangin’. Built around the group’s unaccompanied voices and close harmonies, with many arrangements by Richard Cryan of Broomdasher, Rovin’ and Rangin’ invites listeners to experience songs and stories passed from singer to singer through the centuries, gathering new life each time they are heard.

The album brings Broomdasher’s shared love of British folk song to the fore, with arrangements that give space for both the words and voices but never reduce the energy and sense of fun the group brings to their singing.

“We wanted to celebrate a decade together with this new recording. It balances our group's love of four-part close harmony with tracks showing the strength and musicality of our individual voices in different combinations,” says Jo Swinhoe, who founded the group in 2016. Rovin’ and Rangin’ will be available on all the main streaming services and as a CD from Folk London CDs - Folk London or email broomdasher@btinternet.com
